Things You Can Do in 1 Minute or Less

 Personal Care:

  • Brush your teeth
  • Floss
  • Apply sunscreen
  • Do some quick stretches
  • Put on some lip balm
  • Wash your face with cold water

Household Tasks:

  • Make your bed
  • Empty the dishwasher
  • Load the dishwasher
  • Wipe down the kitchen counter
  • Put away laundry

  • Sweep up a small mess

  • Send a quick email
