Why You Shouldn't Sleep For More Than 8 Hours





Why you shouldn't sleep for more than 8 hours?





1) You'll be tired and sleepy for the rest of the day.



2) It can cause headaches.



3) You could get back pain



4) It can cause bad mood for the rest of the day (not surprise with headache and back pain ;)



5) You'll get fat :)



6) To long or too short sleeping can cause diabetics.



7) So when you're fat already, depressed with headache and back pain it's time for HEART DISEASE



Guess what's next?



8) You'll gonna die - or at least you'll put yourself in risk :D





Although scientists doesn't know if oversleeping  is cause or a reason of diseases better turn your alarm on and don't stay in bed for too long.







If it's not enough go visit your doctor - maybe some health problem needs to be solved.
